Once-Off:

This single workshop offers an entry-level exploration of mindset, mindfulness, and movement. This is my workshop version of “Wellness for Dummies”.

4-part Series:

We’ll launch into mindset in the first two sessions, before I take you on a deeper dive into mindfulness and movement.

6-part Series:

Unpack mindset, explore mindfulness, and delve into movement for a comprehensive understanding of each pillar.

12-part Series:

Across twelve workshops I will work closely with each member of the team to go deep on each pillar, kicking down doors and opening up a world of possibilities.

My workshops are flexible and can be conducted either in person or online. They typically run for approximately 1.5 hours, but we can customise the duration to best suit the needs and preferences of your group.
